Top Part-Time Wrestlers Missing From WWE WrestleMania 37 Advertising
Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Drew McIntyre, and more take top WrestleMania 37 ad billing.
WWE has released a brand new poster for WrestleMania 37 - and it features none of the company's top part-time names.
The graphic went out yesterday to coincide with news that 'Mania 37 tickets will go on sale on Tuesday 16 March:-
Interestingly, every wrestler featured above is a full-timer on either Raw or SmackDown. There is no sign of the likes of The Undertaker, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, or even Becky Lynch, who has been absent since taking leave after announcing her pregnancy in May 2020.
There is currently no word on whether or not any of the aforementioned part-timers will be working the show. If they had already been booked, it would be reasonable to assume WWE would feature them in the marketing materials.
Each is in a different situation. Lesnar is technically a free agent, having let his contract elapse last year, though it is thought that if and when he returns to wrestling, it'll be for Vince McMahon. The Undertaker retired after Survivor Series 2020.
John Cena, meanwhile, is filming in Canada and claims working 'Mania would be impossible, given travel restrictions, while Ronda Rousey is believed to be back in pro wrestling training.
