25 years.

That's how long it's been since Hunter Hearst Helmsley first curtseyed his way onto WWE television on 30 April 1995. Since then, he's defied the original cartoonish-ness of his 'Connecticut Blueblood' gimmick to become a pillar of the wrestling industry. The man's a 14-time World Champion, five-time Intercontinental Champ, multi-time Tag-Team Champion, two-time Royal Rumble winner, King Of The Ring and has won several other prizes.

This week on SmackDown, WWE will kick off some celebrations for Triple H's 25 year anniversary with the company. They'll toot his horn beyond in-ring accomplishments too; Trips is the father figure for NXT, helped usher in the formation of an in-house Performance Center and is so woven into WWE's fabric that he could well replace the curtains in Vince McMahon's office.

The 25 moments on this list represent the absolute best of Triple H in WWE. No, there's no Katie Vick, Scott Steiner feud, Sting squashing or WrestleMania XII humiliation at the hands of The Ultimate Warrior here. Instead, it's a collage of his rise from mid-card mediocrity to become 'The Game'.

Here's to another 25 years, eh?
