Triple H: Face Or Heel?

Time to JUDGE 'The Game'...

It's scary to think that Triple H has been in WWE since 1995.

That's a quarter century of work the guy has put in, both as a wrestler and as a key figure behind the scenes corporately. Critics can say what they like ("He only got where he is because he married the boss's daughter!", "He buried loads of talent!" etc), but Paul Levesque's work ethic is incredible.

The man fans see now is so far removed from the snooty 'Connecticut Blueblood' character who first curtsied his way onto screens in the mid-90s 'New Generation' era. Today, Trips is WWE's Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development. He's also the power broker most expect to assume full control when Vince McMahon eventually shuffles off this mortal coil.

25 years then, but one question remains: Triple H, was he better as a face or as a heel? Was 'The Game' more savvy at forcing outrage from fans, or did his longevity forge a kinship with those same folks and let him breathe rarefied air as a hero?

It's time to settle things once and for all...
