The long awaited title clash between UFC Bantamweight Champion Henry Cejudo and Jose Aldo has finally been confirmed for UFC 250 on May 9 by ESPN and Combate.

Sitting as the worst kept secret in the Bantamweight division, arguably the greatest Featherweight of all time Aldo will finally get his hands on the all encompassing 'Triple C'. Aldo has only fought once at Bantamweight and lost to Marlon Moraes at UFC 245, which led to many fans and fighters questioning why Aldo was deserving of the title shot.

Well, it looks as though simply being the biggest money fight in the division was enough to sway Dana White into making the match-up and you have to imagine that most of those detractors will still be tuning in for the bout come UFC 250.

It has also just been confirmed by UFC that Valentina Shevchenko will be defending her UFC Flyweight title against Joanne Calderwood at UFC 251 in Perth, Australia on June 7.

This comes so soon after Shevchenko disposed of Katlyn Chookagian at UFC 247, proving that 'The Bullet' was dead serious about being as active as humanly possible in 2020.

Both clashes look set to be intriguing wars and UFC fans around the world have had another two excellent clashes added to an already stacked year for the company.
