Tyler Breeze Doesn't Know If He'll Wrestle Again After WWE Release
Ex-Breezango man speaks on his wrestling future after leaving WWE last week.
Former WWE wrestler Tyler Breeze has claimed he doesn't know if he'll wrestle again, doing so on a Twitch stream on Sunday.
One of 14 NXT and 205 Live wrestlers released by WWE last Friday, Breeze confirmed he was bound by a standard 90-day non-compete clause and offered the following comment on his wrestling future (h/t Figure Four Online for the transcriptions):-
“Will I continue my wrestling career? I don't know, we'll have to see. I haven't decided yet."
Breeze last wrestled for WWE on NXT's 16 June episode, teaming with long-time partner Fandango (who was also cut on Friday) to defeat Imperium's Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel. He had been with WWE since the Florida Championship Wrestling days, signing his first contract with the promotion in late 2010.
On top of wrestling himself, Breeze currently operates the Flatbacks Wrestling school in Apopka, Florida alongside AEW's Shawn Spears.
Further comments saw Breeze claim he still has a lot to figure out after being let go by WWE:-
“I'll be streaming and we have a lot of stuff to figure out. A lot of stuff is still in the works. Yes, I'm setting up my Cameo again, I'm just waiting for them to approve it. There's a lot of stuff in the air that we're slowly figuring out. You guys will kinda know as I know. We're trying to figure out a lot of stuff."
The 33-year-old's 90-day non-compete clause will expire on 23 September.
