Not only was Nate Diaz back and victorious at UFC 241, he
also seemed to set up a future fight again Jorge Masvidal.
After his impressive first round KO win over Ben Askreen at
UFC 239, Masvidal seemed destined for a crack at the UFC Welterweight Championship
currently held by Kamaru Usman. Colby Covington may or may not end up fighting
Usman next, and there’s an argument to be made that fight fans would actually
be more excited at the prospect of Masvidal vs. Diaz than they would be in Masvidal
getting a title shot right now.

Either way, Nate Diaz called out Jorge Masvidal during
his post-match interview with Joe Rogan – and the in-attendance Masvidal seemed
genuinely excited at the prospect of going up against Nate in what could prove
to be a classic.
