Going into UFC 241, Cory Sandhagen was undefeated in his UFC career - and that was a run that continued at last night’s PPV.

Not only did Sandhagen get another W on the board, but his victory over Raphael Assuncao was the biggest of his UFC career to date. The unanimous decision win over the #3 ranked bantamweight in the world will do the 27-year-old American no harm as he looks to continue to move up the ranks in the hopes of eventually challenging for the UFC Bantamweight Championship currently held by Henry Cejudo.

With each passing fight, Cory Sandhagen is looking more and more like the real deal, and the bantamweight division is surely on notice after his UFC 241 display of impressive footwork, movement and wrestling combined with some great striking.
