@WrestlePurists on X reports that injured WWE man Bronson Reed is set to undergo surgery for torn biceps imminently. The Vision brute was ruled out of a Triple Threat vs. Jey Uso and El Grande Americano whilst it was still in progress during Monday's episode of Raw, and there's currently no set in stone timeline on his return to action.

It appears to be too early for that - WWE top brass will see how Reed's operation goes, then doctors will be able to make estimates from there. Bronson looked to be dealing with a ton of emotional damage as well as physical once the reality set in. He'll miss this weekend's Elimination Chamber PLE in Chicago, but could be on the bench come WrestleMania 42 this April too.

That'd be a major bummer for the heel.

PWInsider, via @WrestlePurists, also say that WWE had to alter creative plans for both Chamber and 'Mania as soon as the torn biceps call came in. It seems that Reed was supposed to play a huge part in both events, but now he's on the injured list alongside his stablemate Bron Breakker.

This is obviously a hammer blow to Triple H and his writing team, because they had big things in store for Reed throughout WrestleMania season. It remains to be seen just how WWE plan to shake things up now he's likely going to be posted missing in Las Vegas on 18-19 April.

Jey Uso was given the nod as winner on Monday's flagship, so he marches into Elimination Chamber instead.
