The trio of Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus and Christian Cage have been pretty successful overall the past couple months, but the group has been running a man down for quite some time.

Marko Stunt, the diminutive running buddy of Jurassic Express, hasn't been seen on AEW programming in nearly six months, but Fightful Select reports that he is still on the company's books for a couple more months. Stunt hasn't been backstage for Dynamite or Rampage in months, nor have there been any creative plans discussed involving him, Fightful notes.

Perhaps most telling that Stunt will not be rejoining Jurassic Express is that new merchandising designs for the AEW World Tag Team Champions don't feature him. Despite this, Marko's contract apparently runs until May, a time when several contracts are slated to expire.

Stunt's name came up during a recent Joey Janela interview where he said AEW had "ghosted" Marko. Fightful also notes that sources indicated that Stunt is willing to "prove himself and remain with the company," but if he isn't even getting calls to show up for Dark or Dark: Elevation, it's damn hard to prove yourself.

Marko appeared at AEW's inaugural show, Double or Nothing, in May 2019. During the past year, he rarely competed on Dynamite, though he seconded Jurassic Express until his disappearance.

Since September, Stunt has wrestled a couple times for GCW and a couple other small promotions. There's no word if his contract could be extended like Brian Cage's recently was, or if he'll just be quietly let go once his current deal expires. Considering that Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus won tag gold without him, it's not like there's a pressing demand for Stunt to reunite with his buddies.
