AJ Styles beat Jinder Mahal to become the new WWE Champion on last night's SmackDown in Manchester, England, and the win changes plans for Survivor Series 2017.

At last, the pay-per-view has a worthy headliner. It's fully expected that the AJ vs. Brock 'Champion vs. Champion' will main event despite neither the WWE or Universal Titles being on the line. The match is 100% more marketable than Mahal vs. Lesnar ever was.

The Survivor Series card has changed substantially during WWE's UK tour. Just like Styles did on SmackDown, Sheamus and Cesaro also dethroned some champions by beating Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to become new Raw Tag-Team Champs on Raw.
