TMZ Sports was the first to report about this, noting how McMahon was involved in a three-car incident last week. He has since been summoned for a court hearing in Connecticut next month after being cited for reckless driving.

One of the other people involved in this incident was Barbara Dolan, who has put out a public Facebook post to give her account of what happened, noting how she is "lucky to have survived" after being in a collision with McMahon's vehicle.

Dolan described what was "a horrific car crash" as she was on her way to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard last Thursday. The image above - taken from Dolan's post - is of McMahon's car, with her stating how both vehicles were "totaled" after McMahon "hit me going 80-90 mph".

The post adds how Dolan "was lucky to have kept control of the car" after she was "catapulted over 100 yards" off the road. She also says McMahon had been followed by an unmarked state trooper "as he sped in and out of cars down the highway". As for the damage to McMahon's vehicle, he was driving a Bentley Continental GT, which had its two front wheels "sheared off" and the car's airbags were deployed.

On her own condition after the incident, Barbara Dolan said she was left shaking "for a good 20 minutes" but otherwise seemed unscathed, though she was set for hospital scans and bloodwork.

Making this a three-vehicle incident, POST Wrestling obtained an accident summary from the Connecticut State Police that details how McMahon's vehicle hit approximately 30 feet of wooden beam guardrail, and debris from this impact was then struck by a 2020 Ford Fusion that was being driven by a 27-year-old male. This police report says all three drivers were wearing seatbelts, that no injuries were evident, and that all three vehicles were towed from the scene.

As for what's next, Vince McMahon was issued with a misdemeanor summons for violating two Connecticut General Statutes, those being for 'Reckless Driving' and 'Following Too Closely Resulting in an Accident'. After being released on a $500 non-surety bond, McMahon is due to appear at Stamford Superior Court on 26 August.

This whole incident occurred at 9:22am last Thursday, just hours before the news became public of Hulk Hogan's passing.
