NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day closed on a shocking note this past Sunday, as Adam Cole sensationally turned on champion Finn Balor and Undisputed Era stablemate Kyle O'Reilly following the former's main event victory over Pete Dunne.

The show closed with O'Reilly and Balor decked by Cole's superkicks, the Undisputed Era leader retreating up the ramp, and Roderick Strong - the man in the middle - in a deep state of bewilderment. WWE has now uploaded the fallout from this scene to its YouTube channel.

As seen in the clip at the foot of this page, Balor and KOR both recovered, getting to their feet. Finn proclaimed that he still isn't sure if he can trust Kyle or not, having built mutual respect with O'Reilly following their recent in-ring battles. Then, NXT's 'Prince' warned KOR to be careful, saying he wouldn't clean up his mess.

It's hard to tell where this storyline is going at the moment. A three-way title feud sounds excellent, though Karrion Kross currently looms large over that scene as well, despite reports of a hot-shotted main roster call-up. Let's see what WWE creative comes up with.
