Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer is under the impression that the real-life Simone Johnson will soon be working for the Seven Bucks Productions company founded and run by her parents, Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia.

For those unaware, Seven Bucks is a film, TV, digital, and technology company that began life back in 2012, producing a whole bunch of projects over the years, including various Dwayne-fronted efforts such as The Smashing Machine, Black Adam, Hobbs & Shaw, Baywatch, Rampage, and the story of Saraya Knight/Paige, Fighting with My Family.

Simone's decision not to renew with WWE brought to an end a six-year run with the promotion, with her having been signed in early 2020. The fourth-generation talent would debut on NXT TV in 2022, as part of the Schism faction under the Ava Raine moniker. The following year would see Ava - having dropped the Raine part of her name - become the assistant to Shawn Michaels, before then becoming the NXT GM at the start of 2024.

To clarify, this WWE departure was entirely the decision of the 24-year-old Johnson, with her opting not to sign a new deal with the company, and subsequent reports have noted that this was simply a case of Simone deciding that she no longer had an interest in continuing a career within the wrestling industry.
