What One WCW PPV Did Eric Bischoff Feel Miserable Rewatching?

Eric Bischoff did not have fun re-watching WCW Starrcade 1999 for his '83 Weeks' podcast this week.
The former WCW figurehead admitted that he struggled his way through the pay-per-view before recapping it on his show. When he was done, Bischoff shook his head and told himself it was perhaps the "worst pay-per-view he'd ever seen".
He didn't hold back when actually podding about the event either.
Eric regretted even bothering to log onto the WWE Network to relive WCW's penultimate Starrcade, and he said there "wasn’t even a good match by accident" on the card. Ouch. Not quite finished tearing the 1999 special to pieces, Bisch then outlined how glad he was that he didn't have to suffer through the show live at the time.
Bischoff left his post at WCW in September '99, and he didn't return until April 2000. That means he missed Starrcade completely, but he's not gutted about that.
The one-time WWE Executive Director also took Vince Russo to task for the complete lack of coherent storytelling on the pay-per-view. He had a thoroughly miserable time looking back on WCW's dying days.
