Which AEW Star Is Teasing A Dream Match With Sting?
Someone high profile may never get this AEW wish, but it's still interesting...

AEW's 'Demo God' is a master at teasing fans, and he's at it again after sharing a fan-made match graphic on Twitter. The graphic, created by Instagram user @97abdulmalik, showed what it might be like if Sting was ever going to wrestle Jericho on AEW pay-per-view.
Jericho posted a pic of the original Instagram post and included the caption, "Hmmm..... @aew".
That, if the replies are anything to go by, has some people very excited. The sad truth though is that Sting probably won't be doing any wrestling on AEW programming - he's likely to be a regular on screen character, but won't be taking any bumps.
The legend suffered a nasty neck injury during his WWE Night Of Champions 2015 bout with Seth Rollins and was later diagnosed with spinal stenosis. He hasn't been active in-ring since, and that isn't expected to change in 2021 or beyond.
Still, Jericho couldn't resist a tease. Despite being in WCW with Sting for years in the mid-to-late-90s, Jericho never got to wrestle the icon. A 2021 match would have to rank as one of the least likely dream matches in wrestling history.
