WWE's current presentation of Solo Sikoa is designed to establish him as the "main force" of the Bloodline before Jacob Fatu's arrival.

WrestleVotes reports that within WWE, there is some concern that Fatu's presence may outshine Solo, who, over the past few weeks, has attempted to seize control of the Bloodline as the SmackDown stable's kayfabe leader.

Solo exerting control over the Bloodline began on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 40. Jimmy Uso was attacked and jettisoned from the group for his 'Mania failure, having lost to brother Jey, facilitating a write-off likely necessitated by Jimmy's real-life injury.

Tama Tonga debuted as part of the Jimmy attack angle. Tanga Loa (Tonga's adoptive brother) then joined the new, rogue group at Backlash France, helping the Bloodline defeat Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.

All this is occurring while Roman Reigns is off television. That Sikoa has been focused on punishing Bloodline members for losing matches has created speculation of a potential civil war-style storyline, with the heel unit potentially facing off against a Roman-led faction. Reigns lost his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at 'Mania, placing him alongside Jimmy in the losing column.

Fatu, the former MLW World Champion, has reportedly been signed to WWE since early April.
