WILD Name Backstage At Last Night's WWE Raw
Guess who was backstage at last night's WWE Raw in Nashville?
Former TNA President Dixie Carter was backstage at last night's WWE Raw in Nashville, Tennessee.
PWInsider's Mike Johnson broke the news that Carter was visiting the show yesterday. Carter, who no longer publically participates in the wrestling business, operates out of Nashville, where TNA/IMPACT Wrestling was founded back in May 2002.

Carter began working with TNA as president of the Monterey Peninsula Talent booking agency in 2002, later ascending to a position of power when her parents' Panda Energy International purchased a 71% stake in the company that October. Dixie assumed her role as President the following spring, holding it until August 2016, when she became company Chairwoman in the wake of Billy Corgan's appointment as President.
By January 2017, Carter was effectively out of TNA/IMPACT. Anthem Sports and Entertainment purchased an 85% stake in the promotion, after which Dixie resigned. She remains a minority stakeholder in the Anthem-helmed group to date.
January 2024 will see IMPACT rebrand back to TNA with its Hard to Kill pay-per-view.
