The choice of The Shield Vs Big Show, Sheamus and Randy Orton was a surprising choice for the show opener and if The Shield's promise that they would be stealing the show is to be believed then this should be an awesome way to set things off. Sheamus and Roman Reigns started things off with punches and kicks. We've seen what these two can do against one another and they didn't disappoint tonight either. Randy Orton looked strong as well and played to the crowd early in the match. All performers were outdone by Dean Ambrose though who is one of the most intense and realistic performers on WWE's roster. I hope his size does not hold him back when The Shield eventually dissolve as a team. Big Show spent much of the match on his back being beaten down by The Shield. It's always great to see a 'smaller' guy like Rollins knock Show off his feet. Show is a legit threat and it makes sense to keep him grounded. This wasn't the best we've seen The Shield but considering the bigger story here was who would turn on who in the babyface team they did an admirable job. The match came to an end as Randy Orton stole a tag and forced his way into the match. With Orton going into business for himself his team mate The Big Show refused to save him after a Roman Reigns spear. Sheamus was flat on his back outside the ring which meant The Shield remain undefeated. Post match Show and Orton argued and Show knocked everyone out. Guess he's going back to his heelish ways. Great opener. Remember if you're Tweeting to use the hash tag #WrestleMania29 and copy us in @WhatCulture so we can see what's on your mind.
