One half of the beloved Fantastics tag team, Fulton is a former NWA United States Tag Team Champion. As The Fantastics, Fulton and Tommy Rogers were involved in a white-hot, multi-year, multi-promotion rivalry with The Midnight Express throughout the 1980s and into the '80s, and the babyface tandem would also engage in a memorable war with The Sheepherders.

Fulton only actually announced his in-ring retirement last year, with his last match being an eight-man tag contest as part of the Bobby Eaton Appreciation Night event towards the end of 2019.

Sadly, December 2019 saw Bobby diagnosed with throat cancer, although he took to social media the following June to proclaim that he was cancer free. That cancer would return in July 2020, but Bobby again beat it. Earlier this year saw the 60-year-old contract COVID-19.
