Wrestling World Reacts To The Death Of Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan

The wrestling world was dealt a shocking blow with the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan on Sunday evening.
Widely regarded as one of, if not the, most influential managers and announcers of all time, he first signed with WWE in 1984, and managed a who's who of wrestling legends, including Andre The Giant, Mr. Perfect, and Rick Rude, before leaving for WCW in 1993.
Heenan had been dealing with major health issues for years, having contracted throat cancer in 2002. He was 73 years old at the time of passing.

Heenan was a close associate of Ric Flair during 'The Nature Boy's' initial WWE run from 1991-93, and one of his most vocal supporters in the announce booth, particularly during his epic Royal Rumble 1992 performance. Flair tweeted the following:-
