Going into this night, Chris Jericho became somewhat of an afterthought amongst the likes of Angle, Rock, and Austin. Being a former WCW Champion, Jericho wasn't exactly a tremendous underdog coming in, but few seemed to peg him to be the one to walk out of the building with the Undisputed Title. Alas, as Jericho is known for doing, he managed to surprise most of us with two great matches against both The Rock and Stone Cold in one night. It's kind of a shame that Jericho's reign wasn't a little stronger, but his pinning Stone Cold to win both titles is still an undeniably iconic moment for Jericho.
