2. Man...Babyface Seth Rollins Could've Made A Lot Of Merch Money
Like, Hardy Boyz money. Like, Edge and Christian money. Seth Rollins as a wild and high-flying babyface (even in a refreshed and less "militia men in flak jackets" Shield) could have been a money-making bonanza. He's handsome, hard-working and wrestles an exciting in-ring style. Yes, he also could stand to be groomed by someone, but the idea of that grooming taking place in a feud instead of working together (say, between Randy Orton and Seth Rollins) would have been compelling. For a company $800 million in the hole, one way to start stopping the bleeding is with a t-shirt...a beaded chain...an action figure...anything. Seth Rollins could have been a merchandising bonanza. Instead, he's a top heel who may sell merch, but at no benefit to being a heel that retains his heat.
