In more WWE Countdown bonus footage from this week, Jimmy Hart discusses what it takes to be a great manager in WWE. And if anyone would know, it's Jimmy Hart. He managed some of the biggest names in WWE and WCW over the years, and in 2005 became a WWE Hall of Fame inductee.

Hart recommends having a poker face, sporting some sweet threads, and, of course, be LOUD. The Mouth of the South might be disputed about the clothing, especially by the likes of Paul Heyman (who always wears suits), but Zeb Colter's amazing fishing vests might get the Jimmy Hart stamp of approval.
