For months, every vaguely smart WWE fan has been predicting the demise of the companys most dominant and consistently-pushed stable, The Shield. After all, its been telegraphed for a long time now. Roman Reigns is huge, is booked as a powerhouse, and is from a giant wrestling family that happens to include The Rock. It took him ten months to be pinned on television following The Shields debut in November 2012. He scored virtually unprecedented eliminations at 2013s Survivor Series (Aja Kong performed similarly in 1995), winning his teams match as the only one left standing. He broke the Royal Rumble record for the most eliminations there too, coming in halfway through to basically straight-up murder twelve men. So it was obvious to anyone with a brain that, sooner rather than later, The Shield would split when Reigns moved on into singles compet wait a minute. What just happened? The dark horse of the Shield, Seth Rollins, just swerved on all of us and flattened his erstwhile brothers and stablemates in the final segment of June 2nds Monday Night RAW, and it looks like he joined Evolution in the process. Thats what happened. Picked your jaw back up off the floor yet? Good. Lets find out what there is to know about the so-called architect of The Shield
