Dont get me wrong, when executed perfectly this looks the business and is everything youd want from a cool looking finisher. A shame then that the set up for it tends to be so obvious you can see it coming from the previous weeks RAW. Oh look, the action is near the ropes I wonder ifyup, Disaster Kick. Unless a finisher involves a top rope flip / splash, the move should be able to be performed in the centre of the ring for maximum exposure but the Disaster Kick is limited to the outskirts of the mat. This in itself causes some problems as certain opponents of Rhodes are far too aware they are near the ropes and bump it terribly. Thank god he has the Cross Roads which is a good finishing move if a little underwhelming.
