Similarly, R-Truth is floundering in his current role and could use a change of scenery. Its safe to say he was never more entertaining than when he became the paranoid, delusional superstar who saw an imaginary kid. But rather than trying to reform Awesome Truth (which broke up far too soon), move him in a different direction. Zeb Colter needs a new charge to join Jack Swagger as a Real American. Have Truth lose a few matches to guys like Alberto Del Rio, Sin Cara and Alexander Rusev, with maybe one of them being for an Intercontinental Championship title shot. Truth gets increasingly frustrated and Colter swoops in to play on this frustration that illegals are costing him title shots and success. As a team, Swagger and R-Truth would be fun to watch. Heel R-Truth could breathe new life into the Real Americans and add a layer of paranoia that Colter alone cant maintain.
