If you weren't aware of Alexander Rusev before the Royal Rumble, you DAMN sure were afterwards. He copied Bo Dallas' feat of the previous year of entering the Rumble match straight from NXT, causing most wrestling fans to cry out "who the hell is this jobber?!" And while he didn't eliminate anyone, he looked very impressive with the big dogs, and was only eliminated with the efforts of four men. Since then, he's appeared in numerous vignettes on Raw and Smackdown hyping his imminent television debut, alongside his translator/valet Lana. Is he right for the job? A powerhouse, he certainly is. The Bulgarian Brute mixes mauy thai style strikes and grapples with old school wrestling. He even uses a camel clutch as his finisher which he calls The Accolade. Could he step up to Reigns in terms of power? I'd like to see them go at it, put it that way. Again, however, the differences that set him apart from Rollins and Ambrose may be too great. His characters language barrier is a big potential stumbling block. Lana would also come along as part of the deal, adding a female dynamic to the stable for the first time. That's not to say he couldn't work as a member of The Shield, but you'd know for definite that it was a short term thing. Odds: 18-1
