There's theatrics and showboating and then there's Scotty 2 Hotty performing The Worm. Still, nothing drove the fans crazy like this move any footage you can find online will show you that. It's arguably up there with the sort of reaction the People's Elbow receives unbelievable really for a guy that never quite made it out of the tag team scene. While The Worm might be a fan favourite though, it's still a pretty weak move to finish an opponent off it's barely more than a diving slap when all is said and done. Still, Scotty 2 Hotty has written himself into WWE folklore with the move, showing that even the most ridiculous of finishers can be a huge success in the business.
