When he said this, it felt so real but at the same time hilarious. It comes completely out of left field, as the interviewer was asking about Ahmed supposedly stealing the spikes Hawk wore to the ring. He seemed genuinely flustered by the accusations, as he cited the amount of money he was making at the time. I didnt know me and Animal had any heat, but if we do, f*ck him! We can meet in the ring or out the ring. Threats of physical violence always seem to turn up the interest rate. Some guys engage in this and are not believable; Ahmed is NOT one of those guys. He carries a demeanor that shows, much like the Wu-Tang Clan, he is not one to mess with. He details his relationship with Hawk, telling stories of them tagging together in independent promotions in Florida and Detroit, and Hawk telling Ahmed to keep the spikes due to the evolution of their friendship. Unbeknownst to Animal, Ahmed donated those shoulder pads to a Dallas based wrestling Hall Of Fame after Hawks passing. He then comes back to Animal, and tells Animal to call him if there is an issue or he (Ahmed) would meet Animal himself. He then turns and says Punk ass. Great Stuff.
