After writing about the worst things to happen in WWE and TNA nearly every weekend for the past few years, it's time to change the name of this article. Bruce Prichard announced at the next set of Impact tapings that “TNA” is deader than Katie Vick, and so, "Impact" will take it’s place. This will take some getting used to. Just more of a house keeping side note than anything. Now let's talk about non-naming things in wrestling.

I always find it odd (though understandable at times) when WWE ignores WWE history. Now, if Ken Griffey Jr. said he retired in 2000, someone in MLB would respond to him with “Actually Ken, you played until 2010. Remember?” That random set-up brings me to Stephanie claiming her husband “ended” Mick Foley’s career 17 years ago. Her statement was more of an “alternative wrestling fact” than wrestling reality. The dude wrestled less than six weeks afterwards in a WWF ring, and had another 40 matches later on in WWE and Impact It doesn't matter what the initial story stated, because they didn't stick to it!

Over in Impact ("TNA", we hardly knew ye), the company has essentially imploded on itself, and from those ashes rises a phoenix...or the ridiculous Anthem owl logo. Because of this deletion of sorts, the Hardys immediately teleported over to ROH and became their tag champs. It was madness. On a positive note, Impact found TV clearance in the UK, so this promotion may actually be around a few more years. Maybe Jack Swagger will even get to join them if Vince ever lets him out of his deal. It's hard to find good jobbers these days.
