I don't know about you, but I don't think I'll ever get used to the days of only having two weeks in between pay-per-views. My pay-per-view pizza budget is quickly spiraling out of control and there's no end in sight. Oh...hey Elimination Chamber. You didn't give me any chance to get excited to see you, but I guess we can hang out.

Something important came to my mind during Raw this week: Isn't it odd that half the offense wrestlers use against Nia Jax and Braun Strowman consists of getting them to run face first into a ring post? It reminded me of Billy Kidman in WCW. One of his signature moves was his opponent trying to powerbomb him, and then he'd reverse it into a face buster. Guys who never attempted that move in their life suddenly felt compelled to hit him with a powerbomb, only to have it backfire every single time. Same goes for those posts. It's a good thing that not everyone runs into those things at the same rate as the monster heels on the show do.

The worst line of the week belongs to Michael Cole, who tried to convince us that The Shining Stars have been one of the “top teams on Raw for years.” What the f**k show is he watching? And the worst name change of the week goes to Big Damo, who lost his bigness when he joined NXT and simply became Damo...and then he lost that too and became Killian Dain. Hmmm, maybe it will grow on me, but can't say I'm feeling that one.
