Making titles important is a good idea. Making a dozen roster members look like idiots is a bad idea. That is the concept behind Feast or Fired, a tradition that keeps popping up at random times. There are four briefcases, and three of them contain future title shots. Its like Money in the Bank times three! Unfortunately, one of those briefcases also contains a pink slip. Since half the roster has already been let go over the past two years, maybe theres been a bunch of non-televised Feast or Fired matches. Remember Curry Man? You know, that wrestler that really liked Curry? Well, we never saw him again after his Feast or Fired victory. Same with Chavo Guerrero and Sheik Abdul Bashir. The payoff simply isnt work the potential reward. So the question is why would any wrestler in their right mind put up their career over the possibility of receiving a TNA tag team title shot? Theres only like three teams in TNA, just wait a couple weeks and youll get your chance!
