WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Jan 3)

3. We Want Someone Else!

It€™s just so weird that after all this time, that a large, vocal percentage of the crowd still wants nothing to do with Roman Reigns. When Steve Austin got his push to the top, fans weren€™t chanting for Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels to take his spot. When Hogan was the face of the company, fans weren€™t clamoring for the recently ousted Bob Backlund. Part of the reason is that fans know Reigns is the chosen one, and is being protected by the company. The opening segment on Raw saw Vince and some terribly incompetent police doing all the speaking and acting work, while Roman stood in the background. When they did go face-to-face, audible chants for CM Punk and Daniel Bryan broke out, which is embarrassment for everyone involved. When it was Steve Austin vs. Vince they could rely on Stone Cold to do his share of the work on the microphone, same with The Rock when he went against The Boss. But Roman? Just stand there and show off your pretty smile. I guess he€™s good at that, but that€™s kind of it.
