WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (July 19)

Fighting over a crown and a plunger... that'll get ratings.

While Battleground is upon us, the rumors of two 50-year-old men returning for SummerSlam seems to have captured the buzz of the wrestling world. Before we get there, Brock Lesnar returns to battle Seth Rollins in the only fresh match on the card. We've got the third John Cena/Kevin Owens match in three shows, the second New Day vs. Prime Time Players outing, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt fought for free on TV last month, and Sheamus and Randy Orton return for another entry in their best of 700 series (Orton is currently up 178 to 147). Elsewhere in wrestling, TNA continues to look like a company on the verge of imminent collapse, more so than usual. Tough Enough continued to be a pretty bad show, with this week€™s episode featuring Paige spelling sarcophagus in a nice waste of time. The worst insult of the week goes to Jerry €œThe King€ Lawler, who said that due to Wade Barret€™s nose, he gets €Fan mail from Snuffleupagus.€ When you resort to Sesame Street related slams, it may be time to call it a career. Let€™s not waste any more time. It€™s time to dive on in, and Asai Moonsault our way through WWE and TNA€™s worst of the week!
