Welcome to the main roster Sami! Yeah, go ahead and celebrate a moment. Whoa, whoa, whoa, dont raise your shoulders and rev up the crowd like that, that's dangerous! Well, that was unfortunate. Sami was going to be our next great scrappy underdog like Daniel Bryan. But he was going to be the non-easily injured one. Then he had to go and hurt himself by lifting his arms before a match. Is this more or less of a ridiculous injury than the time Randy Orton hurt his shoulder by pounding the mat before an RKO? His match with Cena should have been a fantastic Raw moment. And maybe it will be remembered that way, but it sure felt clunky. Sami was having to stop and talk to the ref multiple times, and it almost seemed like Cena was annoyed with the constant breaks in action. Shoulder injuries seem to be in vogue right now, as Hideo Itami may be out for months to get his fixed. Along with Bryan, this could be a symptom of having to spend years on the indie scene (or in Japan) filling up their bump card. Its a bad time in both of their careers to be on the sidelines, and hopefully this wont sour Vince McMahon on either of their pushes when theyre back to full health. Next time, lets hope Sami takes it a little easier on the celebration. Party horns are easier on the body.
