Last week WWE freaked out and built a huge angle that was promoted to air during the NFLs halftime. This week they gave us a man in a bunny suit for halftime. I dont think too many viewers who were watching football were enticed to stick around for the end of the show. Some things in WWE just go too far. Not in an Attitude Era kind of way with extreme violence and sexism. Some things are just so extremely stupid that they shouldnt be done. Having a man in a bunny suit compete in an actual match, and then winning that match, is one of those things. Hey, if a man in a bunny suit was dancing outside of my house Id probably chuckle. Maybe Id call the cops. Who knows? But what I wouldnt do is want to see that man in a wrestling match. Thats just unnecessary on multiple levels. For a company that has struggled the past few years to not turn away their adult male fans, this was a bad call. Im hopping mad about this rabbit nonsense. Almost as mad as I am at myself for using a rabbit pun.
