Becky Lynch was announced as the fourth member of WWE's babyface squad for the women's WarGames match at Survivor Series 2023 on Friday night's episode of SmackDown.

Damage CTRL kicked off the show by challenging Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair and Shotzi to the double cage set piece on 25 November. Then, Bayley and crew laughed at the thought of the faces being able to find a partner in time for Survivor Series.

Belair tried to recruit both Michin and Zelina Vega, but CTRL took matters into their own hands by beating both women up during various backstage segments. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis also warned Belair, Flair and Shotzi they had to reveal their partner by the end of the broadcast.

Becky Lynch was primed and ready.

The announcers claimed Charlotte had been hesitant to call on her old friend-turned-rival, but was left with no choice. Although Becky definitely makes sense due to significant star power, there were some on social media who thought Jade Cargill would debut and complete the team.

The women's WarGames match will be four vs. four. Dakota Kai, the remaining member of Damage CTRL, won't be officially involved.
