WWE Announces Total Divas Season Six Premiere
New episodes of popular reality show to return Nov. 16.
WWE.com announced Wednesday that season six of E!'s Total Divas reality show will debut with brand-new episodes on November 16.
The next season of the show - which first debuted in the summer of 2013 - will pick up where Total Bellas leaves off. While the Total Divas spinoff, which premiered Wednesday evening, focuses on Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan moving in with Nikki Bella and John Cena to aid in Nikki's recovery following neck surgery, Total Divas season six will focus on the next steps for the twins. Nikki will be attempting to devise a safer in-ring style (with help from Bryan) prior to getting back into action, while Brie will be adjusting to life while retired from the ring.
The cast of the show will be changing, as well. While the Bellas, Natalya, and Eva Marie - all of whom have been on the show since season one - will be back, along with season three arrival Paige, the rest of the divas will be shuffled. Returning to the show will be Naomi, who was a regular cast member from season one to four.
Alicia Fox and Rosa Mendes are leaving the cast, as is NXT's Mandy Rose, who only appeared in season five. Taking their places will be former Divas' Champion Maryse, manager Lana, and interviewer Renee Young.
