There was a backstage commotion in WWE's gorilla position during The Undertaker versus Brock Lesnar, Dave Meltzer is reporting on Wrestling Observer Radio. This was most likely over the fact that Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker were bleeding. The blood loss came via a hardway, there was no blading involved. However, it did look like both men did bleed intentionally, they went after the hardway cut. Although there was a "commotion", it isn't too likely that Taker or Lesnar will be in too much trouble. They are on huge money and Vince McMahon wants to keep in good graces with them. "There was stuff going on in the back, there was a commotion in the gorilla position," Meltzer says,"but Lesnar isn't going to get yelled at like he's a Dolph Ziggler. There was no blade involved." "Vince freaked out, Kevin Dunn freaked out," Bryan Alvarez added. Alvarez also said Vince probably freaked out when Lesnar shoved the doctor. WWE were going crazy about the blood because it is banned in today's PG product. It also looked like Lesnar may have hit The Undertaker on the head with a steel chair. That's also banned. The main event match was good, with strong action and a clever narrative. Some of the spots, like the mat being ripped up to expose the ring wood, were very effective. The other Hell In A Cell match, with Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt, was also good.
