SmackDown!'s current scheduling on a Thursday night gives wrestling fans a little respite between shows in order to cleanse their grappling palate. After the often enervating three-hour slog that is Raw, a break from the product doesn't go unappreciated, even from the most ardent WWE fan.

Do we all remember how much of a struggle the seven-hour long WrestleMania 32 was? The event was utterly laborious, and even as the biggest show of the year was a struggle to sit through.

Once SmackDown! moves to Tuesday nights, there will be five hours of live wrestling within a twenty-four hour period. During PPV weekends, this expands to eight - one can't even imagine the total during WrestleMania and SummerSlam weekend.

Two brands combined with the scheduling flexibility of the Network also gives the potential for two, brand-specific, specials a month. WWE exhaustion could reach interminable levels, to the point where viewers simply lose interest.
