For those fans looking forward to attending this November’s WWE Raw taping at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro, we’re afraid – like Wade Barrett – we’ve got some bad news.

In an email sent out to those who have already purchased tickets for the November 11th Raw taping, the event has now been changed from a TV taping to simply being a regular house show.

A Reddit user shared details of the email, in which it states: "Please note that this event will no longer be televised and will now start at 7:30pm, with doors opening at 6pm. Although no longer a RAW TV show, the line-up of WWE Superstars scheduled to appear remains the same. Line-up subject to change."

No reason has been given for this change of plan, although this isn’t the first time in recent weeks that the WWE has altered their upcoming schedule; with house shows previously being scrapped as the Raw and SmackDown brand split seemingly gets thrown out of the window. Added to that, there’s always the classic “line-up subject to change” blurb that WWE attaches to all of its events, televised or not.

Refunds are being offered to those unhappy at this change, and many may end up taking up this offer due to a house show event being vastly different to a TV taping. Not to mention, it looks like fans are still being charged the same price as if they were attending Monday Night Raw.

An alternative venue has yet to be announced for the November 11th Raw taping.
