6. HBK Used A Ladder To Scale The Ambulance

WWE didn't show how Shawn Michaels had scaled the ambulance before hitting a 'Sweet Chin Music' on Randy Orton. He appeared suddenly, hit his finish and then pushed Orton off the vehicle before surveying the damage and climbing back down.

Shawn didn't climb on top of the emergency car's hood like both men working the match. He is comfortable around ladders, to be fair.
