It's just as well Vince McMahon has been so adamantly against unionisation these past forty years, otherwise he could be about to have a strike on his hands. As pressure continues to grow on the company over their decision to stick with plans to run Saudi Arabia in the wake of Jamal Khashoggi's disappearance, it now emerges that a bulk of the company's talent is against working the show.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez revealed that the majority of stars scheduled for Riyadh do not want to go.

"I can't speak for everybody on the WWE roster. I haven't talked to everybody [...] but I can tell you that a lot of the people who are scheduled to go to Saudi Arabia, they don't want to go. The majority of talent don't want to go to Saudi Arabia."

He added that the office absolutely do want to make the trip to the Middle East, eager to please shareholders with the proposed $45 million windfall the company are set to receive for the propaganda piece:

"The office wants to go to Saudi Arabia and they have shareholders that they want to please with all of these big money deals that they’re getting."

Over the past few days, WWE have faced calls from both sides of the United States senate to pull out of the deal. The company have since issued a statement saying they are "monitoring the situation."
