At December to Dismember, Melina was in her usual position alongside the MNM tag team. She would remain with WWE until 2011, becoming a three-time Women's Champion and two-time Divas Champion during that time.

Still active, Melina became a key part of NWA Powerrr as 2019 rolled into 2020. Her most recent match was for New York Wrestling Connection this past February, and rumours of a WWE return have rumbled on throughout this year following her one-off appearance on July 2019's Raw Reunion special.
