7. The Bar Retain Their Raw Tag Titles
Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Titus O'Neil and Apollo Crews is the very definition of a card-filler. There's no reason why this couldn't have just taken place on an episode of Raw between now and 'Mania without eating up pay-per-view time.
Another multi-team match on the biggest night of the year looms for The Bar. WWE have done a poor job preparing any other duo on the Raw roster for them, and that's why they're in a match against Titus Worldwide at Elimination Chamber. This, sadly, is the best Raw's writing team could come up with for the show.
Get it out of the way pronto, WWE. O'Neil and Crews can look competitive (there's no need for them to be squashed), albeit ultimately inferior to the reigning Raw Tag Champs. If WWE are feeling bold, then perhaps writing a run-in and beat down from The Revival would be a solid idea post-match.
It's not like The Bar have any better plans for 'Mania right now.
