During the same intro package, WWE aired some time-lapse footage of the Elimination Chamber structure itself being built. This was cool to see, especially because it 's not actually constructed in Tropicana Field's arena set-up.

Instead, they apparently do it elsewhere in the cavernous building. Either that or this was filmed exclusively for vignettes and is actually a few years old. Who knows?
