Post Wrestlemania season is often an interesting time in the WWE calendar and this year has seen a number of surprising developments. Weve seen a new World Heavyweight Champion crowned and then injured; the Intercontinental and US title have changed hands and the rise of Fandango-ing. Extreme Rules is often the culmination of Wrestlemania feuds and this year is no exception though we have seen the rise of some interesting new feuds, most notably in the tag team division. Ryback and Cena will also meet for the first time this Sunday in what promises to be a brutal encounter. Heres my predictions for the events matches...
Pre card match: The Miz Vs Cody Rhodes
For a long time now WWE have been airing matches on Youtube prior to the airing of PPVs. Most of these matches have been of little interest to fans but at least there has been some reasoning behind them. This month WWE has seemingly just thrown together two superstars literally for the sake of it. The Miz hasnt really been seen on TV too much since he lost his Intercontinental title to Wade Barrett on the Raw after Wrestlemania (one night after winning it), whereas WWE dropped the ball with Cody Rhodes a very long time ago. I have no interest in this match at all and Im pretty certain Im not alone on this one. Ive flipped a coin and opted for The Miz. Predicted Winner: The Miz
