If there's one thing Chris Jericho proved at Fastlane, it's that he knows where he stands at this point in his career. It's been said before that the Canadian doesn't necessarily need to rely on wins and losses to define him in 2016. That's clearly the way he views the situation himself, because he did the right thing against AJ Styles. Indeed, the former TNA performer has come out of his series against Jericho looking like a much bigger star. Not only has he been able to bed nicely into his newfound WWE career, but he's gained some momentum along the way. Of course, what comes next is the most important thing for AJ, but his first full feud in the company was handled very well. As for Jericho, he exists as a name from the past that fans recognise instantly, but he's not required to win titles or win all that much. It'd be nice to see him have some matches against the likes of Neville again going forward, because he could have found his niche in helping younger talent become more established.
