6. Dana Warrior's Self-Serving Warrior Award Speech
As is now an annual Hall of Fame tradition, The Ultimate Warrior's widow Dana Warrior came out to the stage to present the Warrior Award to this year's recipient, Jarius "JJ" Robertson, but once again spent most of her time on the podium talking about her husband's legacy.
Considering that Dana's previous speeches have basically followed the same formula, it comes across as crassly self-serving, intended to bolster the Warrior brand rather than actually honour those who the award is actually intended to honour.
As some fans sarcastically declared on social media, it felt like Warrior was being inducted himself for the fifth time, while Dana's comments about Robertson mostly felt like they were cribbed dispassionately from a Wikipedia page entry.
