Tazz and the Honky Tonk Man could be the next two competitors to follow D-Generation X and The Hart Foundation into this year's WWE Hall Of Fame class, according to WrestleVotes.

WWE's 2019 HOF rollout has been uncharacteristically slow. The company have usually named a headliner by now, but are yet to do so despite talk of The Undertaker and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, with the two aforementioned stables the only inductees to be confirmed thus far.

Honky Tonk Man's place would be more than earned, as his 454-day reign as Intercontinental Champion remains the longest in company history. A legendary heel, and one of his era's finest heat-magnets, he remains the benchmark against which all cowardly, villainous champions are judged.

Tazz's induction would be more surprising, as most of his best work took place in ECW, where he was World Heavyweight, Television, and Tag Team Champion. His WWE run was fruitful and included a memorable debut in which he ended Kurt Angle's undefeated streak inside Madison Square Garden, though his early retirement meant he spent more time in the commentary booth than the ring.

WWE are yet to comment on Tazz or HTM, so stay tuned for further news.
